The Wiktionary makes a difference between two words with and without uppercase (for example, tom and Tom)
Right now, it's not possible to differentiate these (both http://enwiktionary-cognate.wmflabs.org/index.php/Tom and http://enwiktionary-cognate.wmflabs.org/index.php/tom display the same page)
We need to have to separate page, then only link tom to tom and Tom to Tom.
