Is it desirable to have a property for the qeCode. To be added to each of the allowed target values for qeCode? (or should this be solved by having each of them share a P31) (compare with [[ https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q14545628 | Q14545628 ]].

Review discussions for why a separate prpperty for overall status is preferred over having the same as for qeStatus (and distinguishing them by qualifiers).

Suggested names are EU Ecological Status for Water Body and EU Ecological Quality Element Status for Water Body

Motivation for separating the two is that the EU Ecological Status value is an overall value supported by the values of the values for the Quality Elements. This is done in such a way that any failing QE results in a failing status overall. The decision to split the two was taken in the 2016-06-09 meeting.

Note that Ecological status is on the same level as Chemical status (and Morphological status for GWB).

For overall status (swEcologicalStatusOrPotentialValue) a property was created at P4002 and the allowed values may be found in d:User:AndreCostaWMSE-bot/WFD/swEcologicalStatusOrPotentialValue.

swEcologicalAssessmentYear: should be used as a qualifier for the overall status. This might be either a P585, for a single year, or a P580 + P582 pair, for a range of years.

swEcologicalAssessmentYear is the date-range for measurements... BUT the value is the official one for 2016.
