Fram reports that he's unable to see any edit notices or warnings in Firefox (latest version) on Windows 8.1 (no personal css in his account): https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?oldid=772686994#Still_unacceptable @Xaosflux may have had a similar experience in the past.
