Currently, the summary for adding a new alias in Wikidata for Macedonian in the watchlist is:
(Added Macedonian alias: XY)

The summary for changing a label is:
(‎Changed Macedonian label: XY)

However, the summary for adding a new label is:
(‎Added [mk] label: XY)

In many cases, the language code isn't easy for humans to understand and the name of the language is more valuable, therefore I think it would be good if the language would also be written out for adding a label.
