Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Special:AbuseFilter/test and write action == 'move'
2. Find a page which was moved recently
3. Type the previous title

Expected:

• you can see at least one hit

Actual:

• no hits

Now if you click "examine" on the with "(move log)", you can see details about the change. You will notice that action is edit and the change looks as if a new article was created.
