This task will track the racking and setup of the three new servers, druid100[456].eqiad.wmnet.
Racking proposal: The existing druid100[123] nodes will remain in service, these new nodes will add to this pool. As such, the ideal redundancy is to place them across all rows (no shared racks) as much as possible. Avoid racks A4, C5, & D4 if possible, since that is where druid100[123] are racked. If there is no other rack availability, these can share no more than two to a rack. However, it should be possible to avoid any shared racks.
