Description

When search articles in Chinese (both simplified of traditional), the summary tags in edit preview page show in English instead of related Chinese.

Steps to reproduce

Click on Search bar.
Select either Traditional Chinese or Simplified Chinese and search for "foobar"
Click on "Edit introduction" -> make some changes -> press "Next"
You will see the descriptions and summary tags show in English

Looks like this ticket relates to T163062, both have the same issue, and also could be using the same way to resolve.

Tested on a Nexus 4 with Android 5.1 and a Pixel with Android 7.1.1 on 2.6.203-alpha-2017-09-13
