It would be useful to perform some exploratory testing of the feature, esp. on older devices with lower storage capacity.

Did some exploratory testing on reading lists on my android devices (Pixel and Nexus 4). The Nexus is an older device (Android 5.1.1). So far I have not seen any problems. Multiple lists, long lists, and offline seem to work as expected.
