Description

Certain roles in Vagrant define wikis other then dev.wiki.local.wmtest.net so RESTBase and Parsoid should support them all. Example: fr.wiki.local.wmftest.net used by content translation.

Also, /etc/parsoid.localsettings.vagrant.js should be updated for Parsoid to know about other domains.

We should find/list all of such domains and simply declare them in the configs regardless of whether they would ever be used or not.
