Don't JOIN page and wbc_entity_usage in SpecialEntityUsage, as we that wont be possible once they are on different DB servers.

hoo removed a parent task: T176273: Move the wbc_entity_usage table onto a dedicated DB shard.

We're still doing that in \Wikibase\Client\Specials\SpecialEntityUsage::getQueryInfo. From your perspective, is this still a problem?
