Sometimes, on Mediawiki, users are allowed to post messages in their own language.
However, the discussion description (aside frame) is only in English and does not seem to be translatable.

I'm not quite sure which message is meant here. I don't think this could be a discussiontools issue, though, since it long predates its existence.
Sorry for the bad retag there - I misinterpreted this as a bug that would be valid post-Flow undeploy, when it's in fact specific to flow.
Since DiscussionTools uses wikitext standard internationalizion techniques like {{int:lang}} work there, so there's nothing worth doing here and I should have just declined.
