A suggestion regarding the printing the article as [PDF]. It would be nice if the table of contents of articles was found in the form of a PDF outline. It would enable easier access to various sections of the article while saving space (win-win). I'm not sure about the feasibility of it, though.

Probably not that feasible.
We'd need to pull the table of contents out of the HTML and put it above the page and there would be no page numbers so it's use is up for debate...
