Special:New Pages is used for search bad new pages in ns 0. But users often creates new pages in own subpages (ns 2) and moves it to ns 0 after some time, such articles don't appear in Special:New Pages filtered by ns 0. So, it would be good if Special:New Pages will contain also pages, that was moved to ns 0 from another ns, and "Creation date" for this articles will be a move date.
