We could add these shortcuts easily, but it would probably be good for VE itself to also have shortcuts for switching between visual and source mode, and for those shortcuts to be the same between SD and VE. In VE, alt+shift+V is already bound to "Review your changes" (it opens the save dialog and switches it to the diff panel), so we'd have to come up with something else.
