"Authors With No Activity During Last 6 Months" on C_Gerrit_Demo lists some users who have been active in the last 6 months

Description

Setting the time frame to cover Q2/2017 on https://wikimedia.biterg.io/app/kibana#/dashboard/C_Gerrit_Demo and looking at the entries in the Authors With No Activity During Last 6 Months widget, I see two entries that confuse me:

Authors With No Activity During Last 6 Months lists user Dbarratt with last activity on June 2nd 2017, 22:44:12.000
The very same entry (name and date) exists in the New Authors widget.
Looking at https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/q/owner:%22Dbarratt+%253Cdbarratt%2540wikimedia.org%253E%22 directly, there is a lot of activity after that date.
So I would expect that user to not be listed under Authors With No Activity During Last 6 Months.
The related uuid in the DB is 64d03b8813e4661a9158db252b02e32445a5ec54.

Same issue for user SrishtiSethi:

Authors With No Activity During Last 6 Months lists user SrishtiSethi with last activity on May 21st 2017, 11:53:22.000
However, https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/370283/ was created by that user on Aug 04th, 2017.
So I would expect that user to not be listed under Authors With No Activity During Last 6 Months.
The related uuid in the DB is 044f7cbd7be4a0218cf96efc01dc5d714449c422.

There were two bugs that should be fixed now according to Jesus (Bitergia):

Problem when generating the index: not always the date for latest activity in the index was right.
Panels were not always counting distinct authors and overestimated, since we had info in the index about all the repos in which the author contributed

(Note to myself: "Last review started" on https://wikimedia.biterg.io/app/kibana#/dashboard/C_Gerrit_Demo means "Date of the last initial Changeset uploaded", not "Date of the last iteration/rebase of a Patchset inside a Changeset uploaded".)
