Make Featured Feeds provide a feed for Wikimedia Commons POTD that is usable for reuse by third parties (such as Gerrit login page, T185348). This may require improving FeaturedFeeds code, editing at Wikimedia Commons the templates and mediawiki messages used by the extension or changing the extension settings at wmf-config.
