Unfortunatelly to delete a repository I need @mmodell to run phabricator/ $ ./bin/remove destroy rOSTS if we really want to delete it.

Why delete, not just archive? Our general MO is to do that (add OBSOLETE files, mark readonly/hidden, etc)

@demon Certainly archiving is our standard MO. I assume @fgiunchedi knows it and if he requested deletion was for a reason. I cannot delete stuff, just archive. If archive is enough, then we can proceed.

Archiving works for me -- I didn't know that's our MO! Is that for everything on gerrit whether it is software we wrote or just imported into gerrit for convenience ?
