CX2: Show a "view page" link for the target page when it already exists

Description

In Content Translation, a "view page" link is provided below to the source page title that allows to open the source article in a new tab. Although the target article often does not exist, for the cases when the target article exists we want to show a similar link so that users can check the content that will be replaced.

The "view page" link:

  • will be shown only when the target article already exists.
  • will open the target page in a new tab/window.
  • will be placed below the target title, in the same way that the one for the source article is.

Currently such link is not shown when the target article already exists (such as the case of Paris on Spanish Wikipedia in the example):
