Kartographer full page view cuts off longer captions

Description

When viewing a map in Kartographer's full page view, longer captions are truncated and cut off. This makes maps harder to understand and is inconsistent with Media Viewer's superior behaviour. Media Viewer will first shrink the text size and then truncate very long captions by allowing the overset text to be clicked or scrolled into view. Kartographer should adopt Media Viewer's behaviour.

FYI: We're currently implementing some changes while working on T333160: On narrow screens "External maps" footer button vanishes that will also make sure that user can read longer captions. So this issue should be fixed when the improvements are deployed.

Last week changes went live that allow long captions to be displayed in the map's footer. See the given example page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PATH_(rail_system)#/map/0
