Unseen changes on the Watchlist are not highlighted/bold on mobile site

Description

The mobile website does not highlight unseen changes on the watchlist. As an example i made a screenshot of my Commons watchlist (desktop view):

In opposite to the mobile website the changes of "ArndBot" are highlighted. The screenshot of the mobile view shows all changes (seen or unseen) the same way:

Expected behavior: Unseen changes are highlighted in mobile view.

Note: T109277 was the proposed fix for this. It's considerably less work than updating our version of the watchlist. T186760 would also allow editors to use this in the meantime with little to no effort.

@ovasileva this functionality should/will be part of the Watchlist in advanced editor mode — just flagging this for you incase you haven't seen it.

We have no plans to add this feature to the mobile site.

There may be support for this in the advanced mobile mode via settings and desktop Minerva:
