Description

Reason: A single script to export the revision/pages. It has not been updated since the subversion migration and it is unlikely to work nowadays.

Archive documentation on mediawiki.org [no page].
Remove from mediawiki/extensions / mediawiki/skins (along with in .gitmodules)
Remove tests in integration/config (zuul/layout.yaml)
Empty repository and add a OBSOLETE file.
Archive the extension's diffusion repository: rESWX
Mark the repository read-only in Gerrit: https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/admin/projects/mediawiki/extensions/SwarmExport
Delete the GitHub mirror: https://github.com/wikimedia/mediawiki-extensions-SwarmExport
