Description

steps to reproduce:

  1. enable email messages for all notification types
  2. receive a notification

actual results:

In the email it says 'X left you a mention at page Y'.

expected results:

In the email it says 'X left you a mention at page Y. here is the diff:

+ == Hello ==
+ Message text. --[[User:X|X]] August 1, 2018'

I think they're related but not duplicate, because this is about Notifications (extension), and the other is about enotifwatchlist (core), so IIUC they'd need to be resolved separately. (But I might be wrong, as I don't know the code at all, and perhaps they both utilize the same thing at some level.)
