Duplicate of T6323: Send a diff in email on page changes in addition to URL?

I think they're related but not duplicate, because this is about Notifications (extension), and the other is about enotifwatchlist (core), so IIUC they'd need to be resolved separately. (But I might be wrong, as I don't know the code at all, and perhaps they both utilize the same thing at some level.)

Let me make it clearer. Here is an example:

The message is abbreviated with ellipsis. I want to see the whole thing, or at least a lot more than currently.

The message currently looks like this:

For non-power-users, I think an actual diff would be harder to read than the current quote. In most cases, there are no changes other than the new message anyway.
