Can someone go through the list of currently active WP0 carriers according to zerowiki, and update/disable carriers as appropriate where their contract has ended

Forked from T202015 and Ncell Nepal which ended in March 2017

@DFoy I have a list of all the active providers according to zero wiki... I'm not sure if it's private information, so not going to post it on here yet...

Let me know if I can, else, I can email the list for evaluation
