We are going to start running the welcome survey in Vietnamese Wikipedia. When we start, we will give Variation A to 50% of new users and Variation C to 50% of new users, with no control group.
Some translations are needed. I've forked T213356 to have the tasks that are supported by CommRel being evaluated.
