When users start a new translation they have to agree to the terms of use and content licenses. The updated standard text for this is less verbose, which helps to reduce clutter and increases the chances of the user not just ignoring it. So we may want to update it.
The new version of the text is as follows (when updating pay attention to changes in words, punctuation and links):
