The Wikidata logo, a horizontal ~81:50 rectangle, is great, but its shape can be a problem when it has to fit a circular frame. This is an increasingly frequent need, now most social network services use circular instead of square or rectangular shapes for profile pictures (Twitter, Facebook, Telegram, Mastodon, Quora, etc.). For these cases, Wikipedia has the 'W' mark, which looks great both as a favicon and as a picture for circular frames, but Wikidata doesn't have its own.
Just an example, @Mahir256 made a circular version inspired by the rectangular Wikidata logo to include it in https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:WikiProject_India_bars.svg. This version is being used temporally for https://twitter.com/wikidataindia.

Questions
- Does Wikidata need an alternative logo/mark for circular frames?
- If so, what this alternative logo/mark should be? Would there be any legal/administrative procedures to follow before using this alternative logo/mark officially?
