I experienced the same with a test translation for "Lives and Opinions of Eminent Philosophers" from English to Spanish (translation ID: 629216). The trash button in the dashboard has no effect and the console shows no error.

Can you share the article title and the languages (source and target) for this translation? There is a process that discards translations automatically after one year of inactivity. This checking this particular translation would allow to determine whether the underlying data or just the item in the list got stuck.

Looking with the translation debugger, it seems that the translation and contents are still in the system since 2016. @KartikMistry any idea on why this has not been deleted by the automatic process? @santhosh any idea on why this cannot be deleted manually from the dashboard?
