After the initial adjustment on Indonesian to allow at most 30% of machine translation for the whole translation (T221353), and the follow-up adjustment increasing the threshold to 40% based on the community feedback (T222782), it seems the threshold is still too strict (T219851#5361836).
The following change is proposed to make the current threshold less strict:
On Indonesian Wikipedia (and only there), the threshold will be adjusted to prevent the publication of translations with an overall amount of >70% of unmodified contents.
