I found
https://zh.wikivoyage.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Sidebar?uselang=zh-cn is OK.
https://zh.wikivoyage.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Sidebar?uselang=zh-tw is Wrong.

Btw... the 新聞動態 is not need display to sidebar....
