Description

The cassandra-table-properties once merged needs to be build and deployed to the prod debian repo.

For more background information see T220246

Current code includes debian files in master branch and requires Stretch to satisfy build dependencies.

Packaging is primarily handled by serviceops / SRE (meta: which should I tag here, SRE folks?)

Always tag "operations", packaging is normally handled by the clinic duty person if it's just about building packages. This didn't happen because we had not tag on the ticket I guess.
