Steps to Reproduce:

1. Add a new message on a user's talk page (example: de:User Talk:Gnom#foo )
2. A notification email is sent
3. Open this email on an iOs device that has the Wikipedia app installed (in my case, version 6.4.0) and click on the big 'view message' button

Actual Results:

• The Wikipedia iOs app opens an odd-looking version of an article namespace page (in my case: de:Gnom)

Expected Results:

• The default browser opens and loads the talk page at the relevant section (example: de:User Talk:Gnom#foo )
