I have made a note of this on otrs-wiki requesting that an OTRS administrator take a look. I believe this to be outside of the software developer side of things and best suited for OTRS admins.

One could consider https://otrs-wiki.wikimedia.org/wiki/Administrator_requests as a better venue for such requests.
