Regional Languages prioritized in the language search list

Description

Background

We could localize the list of languages that show up when one tries to change the language to match the languages in the Geography the user is consuming Wikipedia e.g. show a list of Indian languages first, when a user is coming from India

Request

For Jio, match the order of the language list within the language settings on the phone

@SBisson I am able to see the list of Indian languages when I am installing the app from KaiOS store on the banana phone, however, the "Hindi" language is missing from the list. If helpful, happy to share screenshots of the language list.

Wow, you're right, I don't know how I missed it. Will be fixed today.
