During our meeting with RA it was mentioned that the usage restrictions imposed by {{insignia-Sweden}} are often missed since scrapers, such as google, only pick up on the license.
With structured data there is a possibility of encoding this information in a way which should at least make it more likely that harvesters notice that there are some restrictions.
This task aims to investigate what that structured dat addition would look like
use restriction status (P7261) exists for exactly this purpose. A friendly volunteer *cough* prepared the basic building blocks for annotating the images.
Note that there is still some work to do to create the right object to serve as has cause (P828) qualifier for the use restriction status (P7261)=partly restricted (Q99867894) statement to add to these images.
For the Swedish coat of arms included in the RA-upload has cause (P828) = Lag om skydd för vapen och vissa andra officiella beteckningar (Q10553121) should work. The other cause of protections is limited to Intergovernmental organisations.
