According to T208369, growthexperiments.dblist was introduced to make sure survey responses aren't kept indefinitely. However, wmgUseGrowthExperiments is no longer in sync with the dblist. As soon as there will be some to-be-deleted answers to the surveys, this will create a privacy violation.
