Visit https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:SuggestedTags#popular; a JS error is preventing the UI from loading. We recently added categories for images fetched on the front end but neglected to do the same for the initial batch of popular images compiled on the back end. (The recent change to only show images for which tags were fetched before 2019-12-01 is causing our local popular tabs to be blank, hence not catching this.)
