Description

Some languages in which there are translations of articles about COVID-19 don't have Wikipedias yet. If possible, Incubator pages should be created for them.

Go over the list of potential languages for translation
Create a detailed Incubator creation procedure
Decide which languages can be added to the Incubator
Get the translations
Create the Incubator main pages
Create the Wikipedia requests
