As part of the African languages for COVID-19 translation project (T252620) we want to enable a url campaign parameter so that organizers can generate links to translate articles with Content translation. Making it possible to later track how many contributions were generated through this channel.
The proposed name for the campaign would be "mskf-the-solution".
