In the Android app (2.7.50320-r-2020-05-20), I see flags in infoboxes with a weird border.

You can see that there is a thin border, and it is very close to the flag.

In the app there is space of a few pixels between the flag and the border.

I see this both on the English Wikipedia and the Hebrew Wikipedia.
