No, there isn't. Me and Mattias discussed the need to develop more instruction material for new board members yesterday. He will start the work shortly. Something like http://www.styrelsekunskap.se/files/Styrelsens_arbetsordning_exempel.pdf, but hopefully a bit more informal. No checklist exists. The office can take a lead on creating that.
