Description

Collect and record information about template use in the Visual Editor, when possible comparing with TemplateWizard, and the TemplateData editor. These numbers will be helpful to both inform design decisions and create a baseline for comparison after we implement any changes.

This is splitting hairs, but maybe the epic task should be "Record baseline statistics about template usage", since we're interested in templates and the specific editor is only relevant insofar as VE seems easy to instrument?

@Reedy, can you ask @JWheeler-WMF from the Community-Tech team that's currently working on Template-Discovery-And-Recall if they plan to actively use the two old event logging schemas? They are the only possibly interested party we can think of at the moment. I will also try to ping them on the WMF Slack.

I asked our WMDE-TechWish PM and yes, we are fine with dropping both schemas.
