However, https://travis-ci.org/github/wikimedia/wikibase-changes says it’s not an active repository, and I don’t have sufficient rights to enable it either. 😖

Ok, does that mean we need some change to the Changes lib so there will be a new commit with CI? (Or we could push a test branch directly to the GitHub repo?)

Travis CI job has run as can be observed in https://travis-ci.org/github/wikimedia/wikibase-changes/builds/724803733.
I take this concludes the work on this task.
