WMSE has a general need for a more well developed system for compiling contact information and the areas of interest for volunteers who want to get involved in the association's work. At present, this takes place "ad hoc" and is largely based on the office staff's memory of previous activities and project specific information. A more structured and easy-to-search system needs to be established and maintained.
