The PRINCIPLES document says under schedule: "Core Wikibase entities before supplementary infomation before extended entities." I think I know what it means but I think we should be clearer with what we mean with supplementary information and extended entities.

How about something like "Core Wikibase entities before supplementary information before non-core entities." <- still not convinced supplementary information means anything to anyone but us but struggling to come up with an alternative.
