As a Watchlist Expiry user, I want the feature to be enabled on the Group 2 wikis detailed below, so that a wider range of users can access the feature & DBAs can begin conducting their analysis of the impact.

I did some smoke testing of the core functionality on frwiki, fawiki, dewiki and cswiki, including watch star, Special:Watchlist, action=watch, Special:EditWatchlist. I did not see anything obviously wrong.
Translations don't appear to exist yet for fawiki (at least for things like the watch star popup).
I have also done some basic tests on frwiki, fawiki, dewiki and cswiki. The functionality is enabled and working as expected. The translations are based on volunteers submitting translations, so this ticket is not blocked by the translation state on fawiki. I am marking this work as Done.
