Description

The ontology file https://wikiba.se/ontology is currently updated by hand with data from the respective file in Wikibase and WikibaseLexeme (though there is also information about constraints in it?).

Making these changes by hand seems error-prone and leads to there being more than one source of truth.

We can also use this moment to reconsider whether having that file as part of the Wikiba.se repository is still the best way to do it.

There exists a programmatic way to create the ontology file https://wikiba.se/ontology
