[releng/dev-images@master] WIP: Added image for civiproxy

https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/664919

We figured out how to get the civiproxy container to access the right instance of civicrm, wmff.localhost, in PS5 of https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/wikimedia/fundraising/dev/+/673094/

Hi! Just a note, I did get this working! Great work! :)

I'll leave some detailed code review notes on Gerrit, too, but I just thought I'd note two requirements that I think we need to update:

  • The country field in the data returned is the country name, but what we actually need is the country's ISO code.
  • I think we also need to return the donor's name, so that it can also be displayed on the form.

Thanks so much!! :D

Ooops, looks like the comments on the fields actually should go here: T268495. I'll copy them there. :)

[wikimedia/fundraising/dev@master] WIP set admin API key

https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/684006

Hi! I created a task for follow-on stuff: T281651. The new patch for the API key is now attached to that task, so maybe we can close this one, since Civiproxy dev environment totally reaches a usable state here?
