Description

Following a conversation with @Volker_E today in standup, we will be dropping support for the new search in IE11. IE11 browsers should get the fallback search experience.

QA steps:

Visit https://patchdemo.wmflabs.org/wikis/c50ab4287a5dd7dfd60ef612b0ee8f87/w/index.php/Main_Page in Windows 10 IE11. Verify that the new search experience doesn't show, that search is functional and that nothing looks odd.
