Good day! We need a separate wiki for Wikimedians of the Uzbek language User Group, where administrative affairs of 'Wikimedians of the Uzbek language User Group' will be discussed and conducted, and all official documents of the organization will be published. @Malikxan Could you please provide a SVG logo, rather than a single PNG? Also, please review the form in the task description, and make sure all settings are correct.

I expect the wiki will be created by the end of January 2021.

@Malikxan Sorry, I just noticed you requested local file uploads to be enabled. Could you just clarify the reasoning behind it? As this is going to be a public wiki, all material needs to be licensed under free licenses anyway. Is there a reason why Commons is not enough?

puppet is deploying apache config change to add the virtual host to appservers. confirmed on mwdebug:
