Description

As a Wikibase Developer I want to have an automated way of ensuring that Wikibase software packages work correctly in environments communicated as compatible/supported, so that I don't have to check all combinations manually, and I am spotting errors before the release is given to users.

Related to T267712, once the compatible versions have been defined and documented, we want to have an automated way of ensuring that the software actually does work on those versions.
